Job summary

Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the shop, mentor scoopers, and ensure smooth daily operations in South Windsor. You will manage cash, inventory, schedules, and open/close shifts while delivering legendary guest service.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food/retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support team members including scoopers and shift leads.
• Manage cash, inventory, and staff schedules; open/close procedures.
• Set the standard for guest service and teach it to others.

• Cover shifts when the Shop Manager is out.
