Job summary

Holiday Oil is seeking an Assistant Manager for the South Jordan, UT location to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role involves cash handling, inventory oversight, and coordinating schedules in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train and support team members, manage deposits and sales reporting, and ensure safety and policy compliance while maintaining store cleanliness and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience desired.
• Training experience preferred.
• Must be able to open and close stores across Sunday through Saturday schedule
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS
• Must have a safe driving record.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
