Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience desired.
• Training experience preferred.
• Must be able to open and close stores across Sunday through Saturday schedule.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage skills and work with the team to accomplish tasks.
• Customer and Employee-focused.
• Ability to learn about and train products available in stores.
• Ability to maintain composure in the face of angry, frustrated, or flustered customers.
• Ability to adjust schedule, task, and priorities as needed to assist with business needs.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver's License.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
