Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Must be able to open and close stores on Sunday through Saturday schedule.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Customer and employee-focused approach.
• Ability to learn products available in stores.
• Maintain composure with difficult customers.
• Adjust schedule and priorities to meet business needs.
• Must have a safe driving record and Utah driver’s license.

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
