Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience required; supervisory/shift lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality or business a plus.
• Eagerness to grow into a leadership role; coaching and developing team members.
• Leads by example during shifts with service, efficiency, and standards adherence.
• Participates in hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback under GM guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and food safety.
• Support inventory control, food cost tracking, and loss prevention.
• Analyze P&L statements and key performance metrics with the GM.
• Promote guest engagement and loyalty programs; deliver exceptional service.
• Assist with onboarding and training; learn scheduling software and restaurant tools.

• Assists in managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, food safety, and cash handling
• Helps with inventory control, food cost tracking, and loss prevention
• Learns and supports analysis of P&L statements and key performance metrics
• Monitors team productivity and ensures compliance with company procedures and brand standards
• Guest Experience & Service
• Delivers exceptional guest service with speed, accuracy, and friendliness
• Addresses guest concerns promptly; escalates more complex issues to the GM
• Actively promotes guest engagement and loyalty programs
• Comfortable using POS systems and willing to learn operational and scheduling software
• Basic skills in spreadsheets, digital checklists, and restaurant management tools
• Willing to assist across all restaurant roles as needed to support operations
