Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Parrish, FL is seeking leaders to become the foundation of our local family with the potential to grow into a General Manager.

You will oversee daily restaurant operations, hire and train crew, manage inventory and costs, and maintain quality and service standards. This full-time role offers benefits including employee discounts, tips, flexible schedules, and a bonus structure.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years experience at Assistant Manager level or higher in food service.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach crew and develop future leaders.
• Experience with vendor ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of labor, food cost and other cost management.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years experience at the level of Assistant Manager or greater, preferably in the food service industry but not required.
• Manager ServSafe Certification or similar preferred by not required
• Ability to hire, train, and coach crew members and develop future leaders of our Tropical Smoothie family
• Experience with ordering from vendors, receiving orders and inventory control
• Knowledge of labor, food cost and other cost management for operation
• Ability to oversee day to day operations of a restaurant
