Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Panama City, FL is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations and drive sales. You will hire and develop staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and meet performance metrics after completing a 5-week manager-training course.

The role focuses on sales analysis, expense control, and compliance with banking, safety and legal requirements. Starting pay is $16 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
