Palm Beach Tan in Fort Walton Beach is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily operations after completing a 5-week manager-training course, interview and develop staff, and ensure a positive work environment for employees and customers.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, meeting performance metrics, controlling expenses, and maintaining store standards while supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to motivate others effectively.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and duties as assigned.
