Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead and coach team members, assist with hiring, training, and scheduling, and monitor inventory while upholding safety, sanitation, and brand standards.

You will respond quickly to customer concerns and ensure service quality. The role requires leadership, reliable teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check.
