Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager and help lead daily restaurant operations. You will coach staff, assist with hiring and scheduling, monitor inventory, and ensure quality, speed, and service standards.

The role requires 18+ with prior supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and company policies. Benefits include flexible scheduling and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass background check.
