Job summary

SONSRI USA Sonic Operating Company in Norman, Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee all restaurant operations including people, profits, and sales. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a QSR environment.

This role involves hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure a positive customer experience. The Assistant Manager will also ensure quality food is served in a clean and efficient manner.

Job Summary

As a SONIC Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant (People, Operations, Profits, and Sales) in conjunction with the General Manager. You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that customers have an enjoyable experience every time. Through hiring, training, managing, and developing, you will help your crew spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
