SONIC Drive-In is hiring a General Manager in Norman, OK. You will oversee restaurant operations, lead a team, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment to deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing staff; leading local marketing efforts; maintaining standards of safety and cleanliness; and creating moments of delightful possibility for guests. Must have 3 years of restaurant management experience and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Three years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
