Job summary

SONIC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee all restaurant operations with the General Manager, ensuring quality food, safety, and a great guest experience. You’ll lead people, operations, profits, and sales to deliver moments of delightful possibilities for customers.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management (QSR preferred) and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position offers weekly pay, bonuses, free shift meals, and ample opportunities for training and advancement.

• One to two years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
