Job summary

SONIC Assistant Manager leads restaurant operations alongside the General Manager to deliver quality food in a clean, safe environment. You’ll hire, train, and develop crew while driving people, operations, profits, and sales to spark moments of delightful possibility.

Two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR, and a high school diploma are valued. This role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive team environment.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that customers have an enjoyable experience every time. Through hiring, training, managing, and developing, you will help your crew spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

Moments of Magic You Bring to the Crew

• One to two years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
