Job summary

SONIC is looking for a General Manager to lead a busy restaurant in Jenks, OK. You will manage daily operations, ensure high food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, and drive performance through staffing, training, and local marketing initiatives.

You’ll hire and develop a strong team, implement training programs, and coordinate with leadership to meet goals. A supportive culture and opportunities for advancement are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Three years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure quality food, safety, and efficiency.
• Hire, train and develop the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Lead local store marketing and drive business growth.
