Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hollywood is seeking a motivated, sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations, membership growth, front desk performance, and team accountability.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching a team, helping guests, driving sales, and keeping the spa running smoothly, with opportunities to grow into Spa Manager or other leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales, customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, or leadership.
• Experience in a membership-based business preferred.
• Comfortable selling memberships and coaching others to sell.

Responsibilities

• Support membership sales, conversion, retention, and guest follow-up.
• Coach Spa Associates on membership value, objection handling, and closing.
• Help manage the front desk during peak business hours.
• Assist with appointment booking, confirmations, prebooking, and cancellations.
• Support gift card, retail, enhancement, and package sales.
• Monitor daily goals and communicate results to the team.
• Lead opening/closing, cash handling, and front desk standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching Spa Associates.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hollywood is hiring a motivated, sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations, membership growth, front desk performance, and team accountability.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching a team, helping guests, driving sales, and keeping the spa running smoothly.

This position is ideal for a strong front desk leader, sales associate, retail supervisor, fitness sales professional, or assistant manager who is ready to grow into a larger leadership role.

Compensation and Benefits

• $18-$20 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support membership sales, conversion, retention, and guest follow-up
• Coach Spa Associates on membership value, objection handling, and closing
• Help manage the front desk during peak business hours
• Assist with appointment booking, confirmations, prebooking, and filling cancellations
• Support gift card, retail, enhancement, and package sales
• Monitor daily goals and communicate results to the team
• Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, deposits, and front desk standards
• Help maintain provider schedule productivity and reduce open appointment time
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching Spa Associates
• Resolve guest concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and brand-compliant spa
• Lead by example with urgency, professionalism, and accountability

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales, customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a membership-based business is strongly preferred
• Comfortable selling memberships and coaching others to sell
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Comfortable using reports, booking software, and point-of-sale systems
• Zenoti experience is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be available based on spa needs, including evenings, weekends, peak appointment periods, and some holidays.

This role requires leadership presence during busy times, not just weekday office hours.
