KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and uphold brand standards. You will train and coach team members, drive daily operations, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll manage P&L elements, cash control, inventory, and labor, while promoting equity and belonging in the team. A 50-hour work week with overtime, competitive pay, and benefits from day one are included.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L management, cash control and inventory.

About the Job:As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You'll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience.The Day-to-Day:Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards. Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
