Job summary

KF is seeking an Assistant Manager in North Las Vegas to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will run daily operations in the RGM's absence and help drive profitability through cash control, inventory and labor management.

This role offers a 50-hour week (40 regular hours, 10 overtime), competitive pay, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management including cash control, security procedures, inventory and labor management.
• Strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, training and motivating employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.
• Collaborate with the RGM on performance feedback and issue resolutions.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring Team Members.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the RGM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
• Work a 50-hour week with 40 hours of regular pay and 10 overtime hours, with a competitive pay structure and bonus eligibility.
