Job summary

KFC Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and coach the team, and deliver memorable guest experiences while leading daily operations in the RGM's absence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Profit & Loss, cash handling and inventory management.

Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
