Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure service and product quality. You’ll manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and guest experiences while promoting a positive, fast-paced environment and ongoing training for career growth.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay organized under pressure, with readiness to work peak hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals.
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and “inspection-ready” restaurant.
• Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives.
