Goodwin Recruiting is helping a fast-growing restaurant group hire an Assistant Store Manager in Huntington Beach. You will oversee fast casual operations, supervise staff, and drive guest satisfaction in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

This role requires 2+ years in supervision or assistant management, strong leadership and communication, and hands-on experience with inventory, food safety, scheduling, and POS systems. Flexible evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in hospitality, food service, or retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience managing staff, inventory, food safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• POS and basic computer skills.
