Job summary

City Barbeque, LLC in Highlands, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shift operations and support the General Manager with multiple management responsibilities. You will recruit and train the next generation of leaders while guiding the team through scheduling, payroll, and benefit administration.

You will also assist with local store marketing opportunities and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience that drives sales and profitability in a busy kitchen and dining area.

Assistant Managers create a culture in the restaurant that is exciting, optimistic and rewarding, while building sales and managing profitability. In addition to leading shift operations, he/she is charged with supporting the General Manager by owning multiple management responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
