Artcraft Management, Inc. in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations and resident services. This role requires LIHTC experience and a valid Virginia driver's license.

You will manage resident accounts, assist with rent collections, support leasing activities, and contribute to reporting. Association with a team that promotes from within and values development.

Qualificações

• LIHTC experience required.
• AA or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Weekend and/or holiday hours may be required.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight.

Qualifications

• Must haveLIHTC Experience
• Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or sixmonths to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Possession of valid Virginia Driver’sLicense and proof of insurance. (Errands are part of duties as assigned).
• Other skills required:
  • Customer service background desirable.
  • Basic arithmetic skills necessary.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary.
  • Individual must enjoy dealing with people, have outstanding customer serviceskills.
  • Weekend and/or holiday hours may be required.
  • Willingness to complete time sensitive projects after regular hours whennecessary.
  • Must be willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
