Job summary

Artcraft Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in delivering outstanding operations and resident service.

You will handle resident accounts, rent collections, leasing support, reporting, and customer service, contributing to well-run communities. Join a team that values accountability, professional growth, and community focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct property management experience or a 2-year Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of business management experience.
• Candidate may have a high school diploma or equivalent in addition to 3 years of property management experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and possess a Virginia Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in delivering outstanding operations and resident service.
• Handle resident accounts and rent collections.
• Support leasing activities and reporting.
• Provide strong customer service to residents and colleagues.
