Job summary

SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence at our Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations and deliver outstanding guest experiences each day. You will coach and develop high‑performing teams, uphold brand standards, ensure food safety, and manage opening, mid‑shift, and closing tasks with accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legally authorized to work under State and Federal guidelines.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience in QSR or fast casual (1+ year required; 2+ years preferred).
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate team members across shifts.
• Provide friendly, accurate service and resolve guest concerns.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Support labor management, inventory control, and waste reduction.
• Partner with General Manager on sales initiatives and cost control.
• Promote a hospitality-first culture and empower teams.
