As a True Blue Team member you will run shifts, mentor staff, uphold food safety, and help manage restaurant operations with a positive culture. Culver’s offers competitive wages ($50,000–$58,000+), an aggressive bonus plan, training programs, meal discounts and a solid benefits package.

• 1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
