Job summary

Culver’s Harwood Heights is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a fast-paced team and ensure every guest leaves happy.

You’ll run shifts, assist the general manager, coach team members, maintain food safety standards, and foster a positive, collaborative restaurant culture.
