Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager in Clovis, NM to support daily restaurant operations. You will report to the General Manager and lead a fast-paced team focused on food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.

You will manage shift operations, ensure adherence to SOPs, and drive performance by optimizing labor, sales, and costs. You will also coach team members and assist with hiring processes to build a strong staff.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
