Responsibilities include:

1. Controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
2. Ensuring compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety procedures.
3. Maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
4. Ensuring compliance with HR practices and labor laws.
5. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, conducting performance reviews, and training team members, including developing Assistant Managers.
6. Building sales through Local Store Marketing strategies and community involvement.
7. Maintaining equipment, facilities, and grounds via a preventative maintenance program.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of managerial experience at Popeyes or 1 year of General Manager experience at another concept, or recommendation from current Area Manager.
• Effective communication skills, data analysis ability, leadership skills, and computer literacy.
• Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements.
