Job summary

Cotton Patch Cafe seeks a dynamic leader to oversee cafe operations and champion a hospitality-focused guest experience across service and kitchen teams. You will uphold food quality, labor and cost controls, and coach staff to meet standards in a fast-paced Texan setting.

You will develop employees, enforce standards, and collaborate with local communities while reflecting Cotton Patch Cafe values. Eligibility: 21+, US work authorization, E-Verify compliance.

Qualifications

• Operational excellence and leadership in a café/restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States, 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversite related to Cafe P&L, enforce consistency of food preparation, manage food/labor/expenses, lead and develop team, drive high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety, instill a strong work ethic, steer team in a fast-paced environment, mitigate and facilitate employee relations.
• Guest Relations: Drive a dynamic dining experience, foster a sense of being part of the Family, table touches to know customers, solicit feedback to improve operations, mitigate customer complaints.
• Community: Establish hometown spirit, engage in local events, participate in charities/clubs, support local chamber of commerce, capitalize on local catering.
