Job summary

Wetzel's Pretzels Boise is seeking a Bakery Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations in a friendly, fast-paced setting. Starting pay is $16/hour with training as a Certified Bakery Manager, up to $17.50/hour based on qualifications and experience.

You will train, motivate and mentor staff, ensure top customer service, handle store administration, and maintain visual standards. Evening shifts are limited and no early mornings, with hours 10am–7/8pm.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience as a supervisor.
• Strong leadership and business orientation.
• Customer management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, motivate, mentor and provide feedback to staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Address issues from staff or customers (complaints, grievances).

Great hours, no early mornings and no late nights!

Assistant Manager starting at $16/hour, paid Certified Bakery Manager training. Up to $17.50/hour depending on qualifications/experience.

We are looking for a results driven Bakery Assistant Managers to be responsible for the overall store management in a fun, professional and respectful kind environment. Hours of operation 10am to 7-8pm daily. No very early mornings or late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff

• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
