Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters in New York City is seeking an Assistant Manager who can motivate a team, handle busy shifts, and grow into a General Manager role. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, help with hiring and training, and deliver guest-focused service.

This role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced café environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping cool under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and great food.
