Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts in Kent, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly and you’ll help team members through performance and training initiatives.

You’ll support local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals while delivering friendly guest service. We offer a strong benefits package, advancement opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You understand what it takes to be in the smile-making business with strong guest service.
• You are able to start work at 4 am and maintain open availability for scheduling.

• • You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

• • You are ready to maintain open availability to accommodate any changes or variations in the work or location’s schedule.
