Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to help America Run on Dunkin’ through daily restaurant operations. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring smooth shift transitions and supporting guest service and team development.

You’ll also contribute to local store marketing to hit sales goals while promoting training and performance improvement across the crew.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have guest service skills.
• You're ready to start early and maintain open availability for varying schedules.

Responsibilities
