Job summary

Dunkin’ in Twinsburg, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and assist the General Manager in ensuring smooth shift execution.

You will help with local store marketing to reach sales goals, and lead teams through training initiatives while maintaining exceptional guest service. Availability for early starts, including 4 am, is required.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Ability to start early, including 4 am shifts.
• Strong time management and guest service skills.
