Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations at our Medina, OH location. You’ll assist the General Manager, ensuring smooth shifts and guest satisfaction, while supporting local marketing efforts to hit sales and profit goals.

You’ll lead training initiatives, guide team members, and help with performance and staffing scheduling. Weekend availability and early mornings are typical for this role.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong time management and guest service skills.

Responsibilities
