Job summary

ZSC Enterprise is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, including hiring and guiding a team to deliver outstanding guest service and drive store financial performance.

As the day-to-day operator, you will execute the business plan, train staff, uphold health and labor laws, and act as a role model for the team with integrity and accountability. This role offers growth within the company and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Direct the restaurant operation, including hiring and overseeing a team delivering guest service and managing financial performance.
• Drive sales and profitability through execution of the business plan.
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork through training, communication and relationship building.
• Conduct oneself professionally with customers, Team Members, and corporate management.
• Act as a role model by adhering to labor and health laws and upholding company policies.
