Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, support daily restaurant operations, and coach team members to deliver outstanding guest service and food quality.

You will help with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and onboarding, while maintaining a clean, safe, and inspection-ready environment. A hands-on leader with hospitality focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills are required.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
