Job summary

Jimmy John's Sandwiches in Albuquerque is opening a new location and seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team. You will work with the General Manager to guide daily store operations and deliver fast, friendly service.

This role requires 40-hour weeks, high energy, and a commitment to training and certification. Compensation ranges from $35,000 to $45,000 annually, with health insurance and PTO after certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week.
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently.
• Willing to learn and complete a 1-week certification after in-store training.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback to improve team performance.
