Jimmy John’s is opening a new location at 6600 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. Interviews will be conducted virtually, then training at another location until this store opens.

The Assistant Manager will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards, and lead a fast-paced team in delivering excellent customer service. The role emphasizes leadership, cleanliness, efficiency, and adherence to company procedures, with compensation in a $35,000–$45,000+ range

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week.
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback to improve team performance.
• Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
• Willing to learn and make fast, accurate sandwiches.
• Willing to complete a 1-week certification program following in-store training.

We're looking for someone high-energy and motivated to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this key role, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to support the daily execution of store procedures, ensure a clean and efficient work environment, and help drive a culture of excellence. You’ll lead by example, hold the team to high standards, and maintain a positive, high-energy attitude every step of the way.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $35,000–$45,000+ annually (based on overtime and performance-based bonuses)
