Position Description:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Our Maintenance Technicians provide support to Service Managers and assume leadership in their absence. They deliver quality service, diagnose problems, and make repairs. They are responsible for routine and preventative maintenance repairs. Previous experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring apartments are made ready for new tenants
• Completing work and repair orders promptly
• Maintaining material and supply inventory
• Performing routine preventive maintenance with a team
• Overseeing work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or related fields
• CPO and HVAC Certification
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, including plumbing and electrical
• HVAC certification (can be obtained through our Tuition Reimbursement Program)
• Must pass criminal background and drug screening
• Valid Driver's License
• Weekend work and on-call emergency maintenance may be required
