Cedar Run Apartments is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders. Responsibilities include completing work orders, apartment make-ready tasks, diagnosing and repairing basic HVAC, plumbing issues, maintaining pool equipment, and responding to on-call emergencies to keep the property running smoothly.

• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems

• Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
