AG Living seeks an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing multi-family property maintenance. You will coordinate requests, perform skilled repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry, and help ensure resident satisfaction.

You will supervise and train the maintenance team, prioritize tasks, coordinate with vendors, and ensure units are move‑in ready. A valid driver’s license and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, or a related field with strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prioritizing and coordinating maintenance requests and preventive tasks.
• Perform skilled repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; manage performance and communications.
• Prepare units for turnover; ensure move‑in readiness and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and oversee contractor work.
