Job summary

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, responding to emergencies and performing preventive maintenance to ensure reliable systems for residents.

In this role you’ll drive unit turnover, coordinate with vendors, and document work while delivering outstanding customer service. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
