Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor in Bothell, WA to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will support a range of repairs—electrical, plumbing, carpentry—and manage work orders while keeping residents and property standards in focus.

The role emphasizes safety, team leadership, and on-call support to handle emergencies and ensure timely, quality unit turns. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds as directed by state guidelines.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Daily inspection of property grounds, buildings and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Act as mentor to maintenance team and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
