Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations at the assigned property in Renton, WA. The role includes supervising maintenance activities, coordinating with the property manager, and driving safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in property management or related field, and strong carpentry/maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and regulations.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct property inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with management of property emergencies (snow, fires, floods).
• Promote safety and risk management practices.
• Support on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Mentor maintenance team and maintain professional demeanor.
