Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor in Issaquah, WA. The role supports daily maintenance across multiple systems, with a focus on safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Salary is $27 per hour with a Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm schedule. You will mentor the maintenance team, manage work orders, and respond to emergencies while upholding Avenue5’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance and more as directed.
• Carry out general carpentry tasks including wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, window and door repairs, and tile work.
• Proactively perform preventative maintenance on siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers, pools and other systems.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Conduct daily property inspections for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs needed.
• Assist with property emergencies (weather-related incidents, fires, floods) and communicate issues to supervisor.
