The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role in our success, overseeing maintenance operations under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Responsibilities include property upkeep, managing work orders, and supporting leasing efforts.

We offer a new bonus structure: a $100 stipend when on-call (plus overtime), and bonuses up to $250 based on work order completion and make-ready status.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Assist in supervising the maintenance team
2. Manage work order system and ensure timely responses
3. Perform daily repairs and property upkeep
4. Order supplies and track inventory
5. Support renewal and leasing efforts to meet financial goals
6. Coordinate apartment turn efforts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• EPA Universal certification
• HVAC certification
• Experience in multi-family housing
• Preferred: Refrigeration certification, basic business finance knowledge, irrigation knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
