Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in leading on-site maintenance staff in diagnosing and repairing issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliance areas.
• Ensure all interior and exterior repairs are completed according to established procedures to maintain apartments, common areas, buildings, and grounds.

Reporting Line

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Technical School preferred.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general trades.
• Proficiency in basic tools, computer programs, reading, writing, and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
