Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for our apartment community, Flats at Tanglewilde, Houston TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• 1-3 years general maintenance experience
• EPA certification
• A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
• The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
